Hotel location It's located in the city of Dahab in South Sinai Government with 230 meters interfacing Gulf of Aqaba beach. The area is famous by the exercise of water sports games, diving and sailing. It is also famous by the unique coral reefs, marine creatures and exotic fish.
Hotel Borders

North Boundary : Total length of 320 meters and is surrounded by Novotel Dahab Village.

 

South Boundary : Total length of 282 meters and is surrounded by a street of 10 meters width and Golden Beach Village.

 

East Boundary : Length of 230 meters surrounded by Gulf of Aqaba.

 

West Boundary : Length of 346 meters surrounded by the main road of Dahab City.

How to reach the Hotel

By Airplane : The distance from Cairo airport to Sharm El Sheikh airport is about an hour. Dahab city is 87 Km. far from Sharm El sheikh airport and about 100 Km. away from city of Sharm El Sheikh.

 

By land : The distance between the hotel and Cairo city is 570 Km. through Sharm El Sheikh road.

 

By Sea : Through Newiba port road.

Hotel property The building and land of the hotel is owned by Misr Hotels Company. The land was purchased from the province of South Sinai under two contracts of sale dated 30/8/1994 and 21/10/1997 and a verdict was up for the registration to the company on 5/3/2005.

Hotel Housing :

 

A 27 sets 2 floors each. Each set containing 3 rooms on the ground floor and 2 rooms on the 1st floor. And repeated on the 2nd floor. The building consists of 135 rooms, each is 35m2 and the terrace is 16 m2, so the total area of the room and the terrace is 51 m2.

 

Hotel Suites :

 

A number of 9 sets consisting of 25 suites. Each suite is 75 m2 including the terrace. The finishing of the suites is same as the hotel housing.

 

Number of 8 Chalets :

 

A number of 4 sets, each set consists of 2 chalets. Each chalet is 35 m2 including the terrace. The total number of the chalets is 8 chalets.

 

Restaurants :

- 5 consecutive periods, each period is for 5 years.

- The contract now is in the 3rd period which will end in 31/12/2013

Distribution of total operation period

- Basic management fees is 4 % of the total revenue.

 

- Management incentives is 12% of total operating profit.

 

- Owner share is 88% of total adjusted operating profit.

 

- In any fiscal year, if the amount payable to the owner is less than 1.2 million L.E then the management incentives should be reduced by the same proportions. Hilton management has the right to refund those amounts in the next years.

Now, we are studying the renovation of the hotel with a change in the ratios of the management contract.
