Finally, it has been contracted with The Ritz-Carlton International for the management of the Nile Hotel after negotiations with many brand named international companies. |

As for keeping the employees rights and benefits, a Group Agreement has been approved and Migration and the General Labor Union of Tourism and Hotels. Also, Misr Hotels Company (as the Owning Company) is paying all the employees benefits during the renovation period, bearing in mind that they count more than 500 employees. Moreover, we provided them with a medical treatment management with ALICO one of the largest specialized companies in Egypt in this field.
Regarding Hilton Dahab Hotel, we started studying the renovation of the hotel as a whole, which is expected to start soon and negotiations are under discussion with Hilton International - the management company of the hotel - to change the contraction ratio.
