It gives me great pleasure to express to you through these words all the efforts exerted as a fully integrated team steering the helm of Misr Hotels Company, pushing it forward and working permanently on developing all its properties and assets. In addition to maximizing the value of these assets through altering the competitive international hotel management companies and choosing one of them to co-operate with. This is through imposing special conditions to increase the return for our Company. Finally, it has been contracted with The Ritz-Carlton International for the management of the Nile Hotel after negotiations with many brand named international companies. As for keeping the employees rights and benefits, a Group Agreement has been approved and Migration and the General Labor Union of Tourism and Hotels. Also, Misr Hotels Company (as the Owning Company) is paying all the employees benefits during the renovation period, bearing in mind that they count more than 500 employees.Moreover, we provided them with a medical treatment management with ALICO one of the largest specialized companies in Egypt in this field.
